**CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER**

**Reporting to the Creative Director - 2D**, the Creative Services Manager oversees the project scheduling, time tracking and project resource allocation within the art team. Self driven, this position
- **Manages the company’s creative resources** regarding custom project development, acts as liaison between the Design and Sales Departments
- **Supervises the implementation of all new projects**, modifications and migrations
- **Manages project activities throughout lifecycle**, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success.
- **Reallocates resources across multiple projects where necessary**; identifies and resolves any resource allocation discrepancies
- **Identifies potential resource constraints** and work with teams to develop solutions
- **Monitors project timelines and adjusts staffing levels** as needed to ensure on-time project delivery.
- **Interacts with major accounts as required**:

- **Consults stakeholder meetings** to solicit feedback, input and expectations; incorporates these into project plans
- **Negotiates with other business units** to obtain required resources

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- **A self-starter with the ability to work independently** without a significant supervision
- **Experience in project management**, resource allocation according to talent and time requirements
- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Excellent attention to detail**:

- **Understands client relations** and understanding of client needs or ability to clarify same

**Software Application and Technical Knowledge**:

- **Proficiency with Microsoft Suite** - Office Professional, Sharepoint, Visio, MS Project, etc.
