JOB PURPOSE
 The Store Manager is responsible of the overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis.
 The Store Manager is responsible for achieving high operational and merchandising standards while meeting or exceeding financial results.
 The Store Manager is responsible for the achievement of sales goals and maximizing
productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing needed
actions to achieve business results.
 The Store Manager takes a proactive approach to business trends and needs. He/She must set a positive and productive environment by building a high performance team and creating a premium selling culture.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Sales / Profit)
- Build store strategy and annual action plan that indicates roadmap of expected sales and
financial achievements.
- Maintain a full understanding of the business strategy and action to achieve sales and financial goals and targets.
- Communicate and track store sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) providing context and rationale for business sales results.
- Review stores schedules weekly with management to ensure appropriate coverage and payroll management.
- Ensure the store achieves expense budgets through monitoring and controlling all of the store’s controllable expense items.
- Review profit and loss reports monthly with Area Manager and develop action plans to address expense controls as needed.
- Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store
associates, co-coordinating store logistics, and working with store team to ensure store is fully operational.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
