ABOUT THE ROLE

This will be an opportunity to contribute to, and learn from, and small but mighty communications team in an incredibly fast-paced remote environment. As such, we’re looking for someone who is able to take an assignment, ask any necessary questions, develop an approach, execute that approach, independently tackle any obstacles, and report back on schedule. We are an organization which prioritizes results, collaborative culture, and pride in one’s work.

Some of the key responsibilities you should expect include the following:

- Media monitoring and reporting.
- Internal communication monitoring and reporting.
- Supporting the development and execution of various internal and external communication initiatives.
- Conducting research as needed, and reporting on relevant results in a succinct format.
- Drafting and proofing various communication outputs.
- Liaising with various third parties including vendors, media, and event coordinators.
- Various other tasks as required.

ABOUT YOU
- Post-secondary degree/certificate/diploma in Communications or Public Relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML.
- Exceptional writing skills (grammar, punctuation, spelling, vocabulary, clarity, brevity, engagement, and proofreading).
- Focused and detailed, with sound research and analytical skills.
- An eagle eye for detail, errors, and inconsistencies.
- A respect for confidentiality and professionalism

Nice to Haves:

- Knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, the crypto and HPC industries.
- Goals and specific areas of interest in relation to this internship.
- An understanding of publicly traded companies and the regulations/limitations associated with them.
- Graphic design skills and training.
- An optimistic and hard-working approach to projects.

ABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT
