**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Address plumbing issues, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
- Conduct electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
- Handle minor carpentry tasks including door repairs, window installations, and drywall patching.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after completing tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies necessary for repairs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not required.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
