**Position**:Customer Service Representative

**Location**:Nelson, BC

**Reports to**:Customer Service Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to learn and adapt to a dynamic, growing company quickly.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Must be able to follow directions and complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Must be able to engage with customers respectfully and efficiently.
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day, bend, kneel, reach overhead, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the workday.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Must be able to learn new product accurately with intent to explain to and assist customers.
- Must have basic knowledge of cannabis accessories and nicotine vape products.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)
