As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking our signature Indian street food dishes to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing ingredients and following recipes accurately
- Cooking and plating dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Adhering to food safety standards and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge and passion for Indian street food is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
