As a Project Manager, you will build on your focus and knowledge of project management and client management and continue to develop relationships and business acumen in the Canadian wealth management industry. Under the direction of the Senior Director, you will participate in software deliveries and support our client management activities.

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities- Participate in software delivery and implementation planning of wealth management solution- Assist in defining the project scope and deliverables using well-developed business analysis skills gained while completing transformational projects with wealth management software- Support in developing and maintaining project plans, project tasks and resource requirements- Assist in managing project budget, timelines, and resource allocations using in depth knowledge of MS Project- Assist in preparation of project status reports and other project documentation as required using in depth knowledge of MS Project- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools- Hone your knowledge of the financial services industry regulatory and business environments

Education-
- PMP Certification

Experience- Experience in Client facing roles is mandatory- 3-5 years in a project management role at a Financial Services Institution or in a Fintech company delivering and implementing wealth management solutions to Banking, IIROC and MFDA organizations- Experience in Application Service Provide (ASP) business is an asset

**Skills**:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills is an asset- Excellent written and verbal communication presentation skills- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
