**Position Summary**:

- As a Landscaping Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various landscaping and snow removal projects, ensuring that they are successfully completed within budget and schedule.**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring project specifications, budget, and schedule are met.
- Supervise and manage landscaping teams, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Supervise and manage subcontractors, including onboarding and scheduling
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and implement adjustments as needed to ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and project expenditure control
- Procure the materials, equipment, and subcontracting services needed to complete the project
- Monitor billing statuses for different projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the duration of the project
- Conduct regular on-site visits to inspect the progress of the work, resolve issues, and provide guidance to the team
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members, keeping them informed of project updates and resolving any concerns or conflicts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to improve project efficiency and quality

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years of minimum prior experience in managing landscaping projects is essential
- French (read and written) and English (read and written) considered an asset (could deal with outside Quebec based subcontractors and clients)
- Strong knowledge of landscaping construction procedures, techniques and materials
- Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team of landscaping professionals and contractors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, planning, and risk management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required (with a clean driver's record)
- A diploma or degree in landscaping, construction management, or a related field is preferred
- Certification in project management considered an asset.

**Schedule**:

- Landscaping season: Full time, day/early morning (may include some weekends)
- Snow removal season: Schedule varies depending on operational shifts (may include some evening, night and weekend shifts)
