**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and nail trimming for various breeds of dogs.
- Handle pets safely and gently, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand grooming requests and provide recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming environment, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Work collaboratively with the Dogvana team to uphold our caring and supportive culture.
- Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Assist in lifting larger pets as needed, ensuring safety for both the groomer and the animal.

- Ability to safely lift and handle larger pets when necessary.
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying hours, including weekends as needed.
