_Child Support Worker_
The Sheltering Tree is currently looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and energetic Overnight Child Support Worker. Child Support Workers provide support to children and youth on a one-to-one basis, or in a team environment, in home and community settings.
- The ability to build trusting relationships with children and youth
- The ability to participate as a part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Effective social skills and able to act as a positive role model for children and youth
- The ability to implement a child's programming to help the child achieve their clinical goals
- The ability to set limits and expectations while maintaining therapeutic rapport
- Strong written communication skills, efficient at writing progress notes and reporting
- Ability to read, understand and follow treatment plans and help clients meet their individual goals
- Experience working with children and youth with special needs is an asset

**Please note: We are currently ONLY in need of Overnight Support Staff. 10-12 hour shifts, awake overnight shifts. Looking for someone who would like casual hours and has a flexible schedule.**

- Drivers Abstract - 3y
- Any Degree(s)/Diploma(s)/Certifications you have

**Job Types**: Causal Overnight shifts (12-hours)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
