Client Service Representative

Northern Apex is seeking experienced Client Service Representatives for a Credit Union in Halifax. This is a full-time, on-site role, with the opportunity for advancement. Client Service Representatives are responsible for greeting banking clients, providing information, instructions, and if applicable, scheduling appointments with appropriate departments. You will not be required to assist with transactions or direct banking needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $21 per hour
- Extended health benefits for all full-time employees
- Flexible schedules (full-time preferred)
- Paid training period
- Opportunity for advancement after 1 year employment
- Have completed High School or equivalent
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have experience in a customer/client focused environment
- Be goal oriented, organized, professional and an eager problem solver
**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
