**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Manage team of up to 4 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor the team
- Perform garden maintenance duties for residential and commercial clients, such as garden edging, cultivating, hand weeding, trimming, pruning, spring and fall clean ups.
- Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edger, commercial mowers, blowers,, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillers
- Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
- Complete daily paperwork ie: vehicle and trailer checklist, work orders, fertilizing sheets, and other required documents

**Job Requirements**:

- Current and unrestricted G Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Background check
- Experience in the horticulture field
- Previous leadership experience
- Flexible hours, the ability to work Monday to Friday, and the occasional weekend
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
- Steel toe boots/shoes

Rate of pay negotiable depending on experience and skill level.
