**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Certification/Experience/Knowledge**:
- Graduate of a Community College in Office Administration Business/Medical and/or two years relative experience required
- Knowledge of Accounting and banking procedures
- Knowledge of Public Trustee requirements, and guidelines for the administration of patients’ pin money (bank) accounts and valuables preferred
- Keyboarding skills (45 wpm/95% accuracy) and Data Entry Skills (6200 kph/95% accuracy) required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the health team and the public required
- Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate required (training delivered by Health
- Centre upon hire)
- Knowledge and experience using meditech expanse for the purposes of order entry, stock ordering payroll entry is an asset
- Knowledge of Smartsheets program is an asset
**Skills/Abilities**:
- Excellent organization and filing skills required
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision required
- Demonstrative organizational and time management skills to maintain and support program required
- Must possess high self-direction and self-motivation; be adaptive to change and work effectively and independently to meet deadlines
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy and the ability to deal effectively with confidential/sensitive information required
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills required
- Good attendance and work record required
- Must demonstrate commitment to ensure your safety, the safety of fellow workers, patients, volunteers, and visitors
- Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in this organization
