Roofer Foreman

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead commercial roofing crews and daily job site operations
- Manage production, manpower, and workflow to meet project timelines
- Oversee installation of roofing systems (Modified Bitumen, BUR, TPO, EPDM, coatings)
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site setup
- Enforce safety policies and complete required reporting
- Communicate with project managers and maintain professional job sites

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years commercial flat roofing experience**:

- Previous foreman or crew-lead experience
- Experience with Modified Bitumen, BUR, TPO, EPDM, and roofing coatings
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working at heights

**Work Location**
- Based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Out-of-town work required

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
