**Location**: Ottawa, ON
**Contract**: Part-Time, Temporary
**Pay**: $30/hr + bonuses + health benefits
PPL is seeking **dynamic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors** to join our team for a **special activation in Ottawa during Escapade Music Festival week (June 16-22)**. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a leading portfolio of smoke-free products through in-person engagement with adult nicotine users at **retail locations near the festival grounds**.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Engage and educate adult smokers on a range of smoke-free product options in a friendly, informative, and professional manner- Work at designated retail locations near Escapade Festival to connect with festival attendees and local consumers- Support trade activation efforts across key partner venues (retail, restaurants, pubs, etc.)- Attend mandatory training sessions to ensure product knowledge and compliance with brand and safety guidelines- Collaborate closely with team leads and peers to share feedback and meet activation goals- Adhere to all operational, health, and safety protocols
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles- Confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable initiating conversations with a wide range of people- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, public-facing environment- Must be available for the full duration of the contract (June 16-22)- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed- Background check will be required during onboarding
