Under the authority of the Director of Operations, the supervisor directs and controls all activities related to quality and continuous improvement to meet the objectives of the company. Manage QA staff, plan training and information sessions, ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards and health and safety at work.

**Responsibilities**

1. Leading all quality activities and continuous improvement;
2. Manage QA staff;
3. Participate in improving operational processes (standards, methods and specifications, 6S, added value);
4. Recommends measures to increase productivity and improve working methods; participates in continuous improvement processes and promotes the use of techniques and methods such as 6S, TPM, and 5 why, etc.;
5. Participates in various committees and projects;
6. Reduce operational costs;
7. Develop a business partnership with suppliers, customers and other departments in the business.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

1) Minimum level of education required and / or specialization;
- University certificate in quality management / production management or similar;
- University degree in Engineering / Applied Science;
- Any other relevant experience;
2) Minimum experience required;
- 5 to 10 years.

3) Specific skills required:

- Knowledge of quality principles and tools and process management;
- Knowledge of quality standards and others;
- Knowledge of quality standards and others;
- Bilingual;
- Strong analysis of operational systems;
- Business vision;
- Customer approach.

4) Required human relations skills;
- R & D, purchasing, operations, marketing / sales, customer service and after sales: standards development, cost reduction, elimination of failures, optimization of the manufacturing process, complaint management, etc. (if necessary)
