**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food.
- Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe food handling practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and safety standards.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, particularly in pizza making.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that delight customers.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week
