**What You’ll Do**:

- **Identify and Research**: Proactively identify and research potential commercial clients, including churches, property management companies, multi-family residential complexes, commercial buildings, and other large property owners.
- **Educate and Qualify**: Educate potential clients on the benefits of Bright Green Roof’s innovative shingle preservation treatment, addressing their pain points and qualifying their interest.
- **Set Appointments**: Successfully qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to conduct detailed assessments and proposals.
- **Build Relationships**: Begin to cultivate initial relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within commercial organizations.
- **Track & Report**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospecting activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide insights into commercial market trends.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Lead Generation Acumen**: Proven ability to identify, prospect, and qualify commercial leads effectively.
- **Commercial Focus**: Experience or strong interest in generating leads within the commercial real estate, property management, or institutional sectors (churches, schools, etc.).
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for clearly articulating value propositions and engaging potential clients.
- **Persistence & Proactiveness**: A strong drive to achieve targets, overcome initial objections, and consistently follow up on leads.
- **Relationship Building**: Skilled in establishing rapport and building trust with diverse commercial clients.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to contribute directly to company growth.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for research and outreach.

- Requires a high comfort level with consistent, proactive outreach and follow-up.
