**Hours**: Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Master all aspects of night shift warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
- Gain hands-on night shift warehouse training across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
- Uphold exceptional levels of team accuracy, safety and performance.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree **preferred.**
- Ability to learn quickly in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on management experience in 100,000+ square-foot distribution centers, guiding a 20+ employee team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
