We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Residential Rental Agent to join our team. As a Residential Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective Tenants with their rental needs and ensuring a positive rental experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and strong sales abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Leasing/sales experience within the property management industry is an asset.
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to overcome obstacles as presented by prospective tenants.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle is required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process qualifying prospects.
- Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with proper follow up.
- Tour property/properties with prospects as you answer questions about the amenities and community.
- Ensure units are market ready for showings.
- Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rental, leases and payment.
- Provide feedback to Management.

Pay: $16.55-$24.24 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
