We are looking to add an All Star Service Advisor to our team

Do you have a passion for Sales, Customer Service, and working in a Team Atmosphere? If so, this may be the career move for you. Ideally we would prefer previous experience but would be willing to consider similar job qualifications.

The basics of the position include...

2) Generating a repair order with correct documentation and details of any concerns that need to be addressed.

3) Advising the proper maintenance to be performed according to the manufactures owners manual and scheduled maintenance guide.

4) Co-ordinating alternate transportation (Shuttle/Rental/Loaner)

5) Selling any recommendations upon inspection from our technicians.

What we need from you...

1) Service Advisor/Sales Experience

2) Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team

3) Willingness to participate in on-going training from the Manufacturer

4) Above average Customer Service Skills

5) Proven track record with the ability to be both organized and to be able to multi task

The successful incumbent must be available to work alternating Saturdays to support the needs of our customers.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Automotive Service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
