MacMor Industries has an immediate opening for the position of Inside Sales/Warehouse for our Brandon location.

**Position Duties and Primary Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for all of the day-to-day activities of our Brandon operation including (but not limited to):

- Various warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stock put-away and deliveries
- Provide courteous service, assist customers with product inquiries, and promote company products and services to customers
- Assist customers at the front counter and over the phone with a variety of products/services and offer substitution recommendations if the product is not available
- Determine make, type and quantity of merchandise desired by customer
- Advise customer on use and care of articles
- Estimate/quote prices, credit terms, and delivery dates (if applicable)
- Prepare sales slip or customer sales order form
- Receive payment or obtain credit authorization
- Initiate, develop and help team maintain customer relationships to gain new market share or grow current market share, assisting wherever required to ensure an elevated level of customer satisfaction
- Engage with vendor reps to understand and educate customers about the products and services
- Maintain a safe, clean and well merchandised store

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Above average computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to solve problems independently and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Previous Sales and/or Industrial background would be an asset
- Must maintain a clean and valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to obtain a Forklift License

Pay: $47,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
