EIC (Experience Internship Canada) recherche ainsi de nouveaux talents pour rejoindre ses équipes en tant qu'Account Manager.

Les bureaux sont situés à Montréal, Toronto et Vancouver, offrant ainsi une expérience internationale enrichissante dans le recrutement professionnel.

Dans le rôle d’Account Manager, vous participerez activement au placement de stagiaires internationaux et au développement stratégique de nos partenariats avec des entreprises nord-américaines.

MISSIONS

Vos missions incluront:

- Gestion des relations clients : Développer, entretenir et renforcer les relations avec nos entreprises partenaires. Vous serez l’interlocuteur principal pour nos clients dans le cadre de leurs besoins en stagiaires.
- Prospection et développement commercial : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités avec des entreprises partenaires potentiels et maintenir une base de données clients active.
- Rédaction d’offres commerciales : Préparer des propositions adaptées aux besoins des clients et participer à la création de solutions sur mesure pour chaque entreprise.
- Analyse des opportunités : Réaliser des études de marché pour identifier des tendances et des secteurs porteurs pour l'entreprise.
- Collaboration interservices : Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de recrutement, marketing et produits pour s’assurer que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits.
- Optimisation des processus : Identifier des améliorations possibles pour optimiser la gestion des comptes et des projets.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Formation : Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, marketing, communication ou digital (niveau Licence ou Master).
- Créativité et curiosité : Capacité à proposer des idées innovantes pour améliorer la stratégie marketing.
- Compétences analytiques : Aisance avec les chiffres et maîtrise d’Excel / Google Sheets pour l’analyse des données marketing.
- Communication : Capacité à rédiger des contenus engageants et à adapter le ton selon le public cible.
- Maîtrise des outils graphiques (un plus) : Connaissance de logiciels comme Canva, Photoshop, ou Illustrator.
- Langues : Un bon niveau d’anglais est un atout pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
