**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and contributing to a positive dining experience. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area and equipment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions they may have.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to quality food preparation.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential.
