**We’re Hiring**

We are currently looking to fill a **full-time, permanent position** for a **Gatekeeper** in our **Production Department** at our **Leamington ON Farms** facility.

**What You'll Do**:

- Ensure data entry for all production orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Line Leads, Allocation Coordinator, Inventory Clerk, and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure alignment on the daily production schedule. This includes label requirements, case quantities, shipping times, etc.
- Identifying and recording lot numbers for dry goods to consume accordingly.
- Ensuring the collected data on #2 and waste is entered correctly into Business Central.
- Walkthrough cooler/staging area regularly ensuring all inventoried product is labeled correctly and in real time prior to leaving the production area.
- Accurately completing all related documentation and paperwork as required.
- Reporting operational issues or delays to the Warehouse Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience with computers, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must have a firm understanding of all pack specifications.
- Reading, writing, oral communication, and effective listening skills are essential job tools.
- Organization and attention to detail is essential.
- Good performance in your previous role is essential.
- Previous experience as a Gatekeeper is an asset.
- Patient, respectful, and able to direct employees effectively
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, or with tight constantly changing deadlines.
- Must be available to work from Monday-Saturday - hours will fluctuate according to the needs of the business.
- Spanish is an asset.

**What To Expect**:

- Working in cool and warm environments.
- Time spent in production area.
- Walking, sitting, and standing throughout the day.
- Team-oriented environment with some independent work.
- Working with a wide array of people and cultures in a team setting.
- This is an active role; time will be spent in the office and walking within the Warehouse or other phases as required.
