**You have the ability to earn up to $22.00 -$25.00 per hour, through competitive wages and tips.**:
As a brand new TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise location, we are looking to begin operations by September 18, 2024.

As a driver for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, you’ll drive a commercial vehicle and handle packing, moving, and transporting items like household goods and office furniture. You’ll deliver excellent customer service and support, and you make safety of your team and yourself a top priority. You are familiar with moving procedures and customer service.

**Compensation**:

- $22/hour, including paid training
- For reference, in 2023 other locations have reported Movers and Drivers received $3.50/Hour in gratuities (we are a brand new location so your tips may end up being higher or lower)

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the main contact for customers, building trust in our services
- Recommend moving services, supplies, and equipment based on customer needs
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Inform customers and management of any delays or additional needs
- Know our products, services, and pricing to effectively address customer questions
- Perform daily truck inspections and keep your logbook updated
- Calculate service charges, complete paperwork, and handle revenues
- Move, pack, and unpack items using proper equipment and techniques
- Keep the truck and equipment clean and organized
- Wear the provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance
- Follow company policies and participate in training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to lead and follow driving regulations
- Physically fit to lift heavy items and perform various tasks
- At least 25 years old with one year of commercial vehicle driving experience
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds and have good vision

**Location**: This position is at the brand new TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise in Vaughan, Ontario, operated by Group 5S Supply Chain Solutions Ltd.
