We are currently seeking a Maintenance Helper for a summer position. This position provides essential support to millwrights and electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and electrical systems. This role involves assisting with troubleshooting, performing basic mechanical and electrical tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
**When your actions lead to success**:

- Assist millwrights and electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery and electrical systems.
- Carry and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Help dismantle and reassemble machinery and electrical components using hand and power tools.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks such as measuring, cutting, and drilling.
- Support electrical work by assisting with wire, conduit installation, and component assembly.
- Conduct routine inspections and assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
- Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring proper storage and organization of tools and materials.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
