**Your Responsibilities**:

- Prepare items for à la carte service and buffet events
- Complete mise-en-place tasks and maintain proper par levels
- Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Receive food supply orders
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and follow health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams for efficient service

**Hours**: Varied shifts (day, evening, weekends); 20 - 40 hours per week

**Location**: Fairwinds Clubhouse Restaurant, 3730 Fairwinds Drive, Nanoose Bay, BC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
