**Job Title**: Exterior Cleaner

**Location**: Mayfair Mall, Victoria, BC

**Shift**: 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

**Wages**: $17.00/hour

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for individuals with a passion for a clean space. The exterior cleaner is responsible for cleaning tasks in exterior areas of a building (windows, doors & other siting areas.) including dusting, dust mopping, spot cleaning, emptying the garbage containers, pressure washing and glass cleaning.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Litter picking of the parking area and sidewalks
- Change all exterior garbage when necessary
- Report deficiencies or damage such as building damage or Graffiti
- Sorting recyclable materials
- Transporting wood and metals to the appropriate recycling facilities
- Using power washer and leaf blowers and other small outdoor appliances
- Maintaining all parking areas including underground parking area
- Operating plastic bailer machinery.

**You have**:

- Motivation and a willingness to work + learn
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Drivers license required for the use of the mall pickup truck, Kubota and street sweepers
- Be eligible to obtain applicable security clearance(s)
- Knowledge of WHMIS is not required, but considered an asset
