**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency.
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, including order picking and inventory management.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes as needed for loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in warehouse management systems and equipment operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements that enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and operational metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse environment with a focus on shipping and receiving.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience in heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment safely.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders efficiently.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management.
- A valid forklift operator certification is preferred.

Pay: $17.40-$27.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
