Overview:
Join our team as a Barber at our modern and dynamic salon. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for hair styling and customer service to provide top-notch grooming services to our diverse clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, and shaving
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize tools and work areas
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Handle front desk duties when needed
- Contribute to retail sales by recommending products for at-home hair care routines

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales practices within a salon setting
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean work environment
- Excellent communication skills to understand and fulfill client requests

Pay: $16.75-$28.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
