**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Deli Production Worker** to join our fast-paced production team. This is a **non-customer-facing** role focused on high-speed slicing, operating commercial deli slicers, and packaging deli meats to meet production and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate commercial deli slicers and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform high-speed slicing of meats and other deli products
- Accurately weigh, portion, and package products according to company specifications
- Label packaged products with correct information (e.g., product name, weight, expiration date)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), including food safety and hygiene protocols
- Meet production quotas and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies to supervisors
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in food production or deli slicing preferred
- Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

**Work Environment**:

- Production floor (cold temperatures)
- Standing for long periods
- Exposure to sharp equipment and machinery
- Fast-paced, high-output environment
