Dhanoa Enterprises Inc is a leading transport and logistics provider committed to delivering excellence through safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a detail-oriented **Safety & Compliance Data Coordinator** to help maintain accurate records that support the safe and compliant operation of our fleet and logistics services.

**Job Overview**:
The Safety & Compliance Data Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that all transportation-related data — including driver records, vehicle maintenance, incident reports, and regulatory documentation — is accurately maintained and up-to-date. This position supports internal audits, compliance reporting, and helps keep our operations in line with DOT, FMCSA, and other regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain safety and compliance data in internal systems (e.g., driver files, vehicle inspections, training records, incident logs).
- Ensure records meet regulatory requirements (DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, etc.).
- Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, vehicle registrations, and inspections.
- Track and report on safety incidents, violations, and corrective actions.
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests from regulatory bodies.
- Support safety meetings and training initiatives by maintaining attendance and documentation logs.
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, HR, and safety teams to ensure compliance-related tasks are completed on time.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or compliance-related roles is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or transportation management systems (TMS, ELD platforms, etc.).
- Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience using systems like Samsara, KeepTruckin, JJ Keller, or similar fleet/safety management tools.
- Knowledge of CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability) scoring systems.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $15.80-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
