**Position**: E-commerce Manager

**Location**: Toronto GTA (remote)

This role is suited for someone motivated by entrepreneurial challenges and growth opportunities, not someone seeking a corporate-level role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, optimize, and scale our three Shopify storefronts for maximum performance and growth.
- Oversee comprehensive product catalog management, including compelling product listings, effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular, detailed analysis of web analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to drive data-informed growth strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
- Lead technical integrations, payment gateways, and third-party tools that enhance our e-commerce capabilities.
- Budget and financial oversight with a clear focus on optimizing profitability and growth.
- Stay informed on emerging industry trends, competitive activities, and e-commerce innovations to sustain our competitive advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally across multiple Shopify platforms.
- Demonstrated success in growing and scaling e-commerce businesses, preferably within the apparel or footwear industry.
- Advanced proficiency with Shopify, digital marketing, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics), and SEO.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website management and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent graphic design skills or experience working with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $37,597.24-$134,500.00 per year
