Our Ottawa location is now hiring a full time Retail Sales Associate to work alongside our Promotional Advertising team. Our main goal is to increase brand awareness and visibility for our clients which also increases profitability. We are looking to add another Retail Sales Associate to our team to help meet the growing needs of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and grow long-lasting relationships with prospective clients
- On-boarding new client information accurately, fostering client relationships, and executing presentations flawlessly
- Attend client meetings to develop new sales tactics that will enhance customer acquisition
- Sell and negotiate with potential new clients
- Professionally represent the company while interacting with clients, customers, and team members
- Collaborate with other staff members in the Marketing and Sales Team in order to increase sales revenue
- Become a master in our client’s brand in order to develop a cutting edge against competitors
- Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing, and maintaining suitable clients

**Application Requirements**:

- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people
- Strong work ethic, motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional image, strong verbal and communication skills
- Great student mentality and willingness to learn
- Solution-oriented and the ability to manage self
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- Proven leadership skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
