Epicure is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Regional Sales Manager** to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of independent ambassadors within the direct sales industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing leadership, and fostering a positive team environment.
**What you will be doing**:
- Motivating, training, and coaching Independent Ambassadors in your region
- Coaching, training, and mentoring Independent Ambassadors to foster growth in recruitment and revenue
- Identifying training needs and delivering training programs
- Assisting in the growth and development of new leaders
- Identify best practices from the field and initiate democratization with wider sales team to capitalize on behaviors that will serve the wider consultant base
- Executing sponsoring efforts and ensuring sales activity recruitment targets are achieved
- Driving sponsoring efforts and ensuring sales activity recruitment targets are achieved
- Working with other Regional Sales Trainers to ensure existing training methods and materials are consistent and accurate
- Investing time across field to ensure targets are met relative new consultants, fast start, early promotion and general consultant pipeline
- Working with other members of the Ambassador Development and Training team to provide input for our Sales and Marketing plan and strategy.
- Identifying and implementing best practices to support company objectives:
- Target market research
- Development of Sales strategy for region
- Management of budget to achieve targets
- Reviewing current practices and recommend improvements/alternatives
- Helping coordinate, support and execute events, celebrations, trainings, etc.
- Coordinating efforts with Sales Director to ensure alignment
- Help with translation of trainings, scripts and content
- Assisting as first line of support for understanding of systems, reports and general resources
- Travel is required
- Working from your home office
- Such further and other tasks as may be required from time to time
**What you have**:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of the direct sales industry is a plus.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining customer trust and company values.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, as required.
