- Assist with managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Maintain the marketing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and lead information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and objectives.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and ordering marketing supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
