**Parts Coordinator**

SOUTHLAND has an immediate opening for a Parts Coordinator based in Edmonton, AB. The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for various jobs in the shop and maintain data entry for parts, receiving parts and assist elsewhere when necessary. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ordering of parts and communicating with suppliers
- Receiving and entering parts
- Complete all necessary paperwork as required
- Monthly inventory management/cycle counts
- Adhere to company standards and processes in the completion of assigned tasks
- Ensure that goals related to efficiencies and daily operation needs are achieved
- Work with shop management to maintain schedule compliance and priorities
- Generate purchase orders and generate work order for external vendor services and receive invoices for processing

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 2 - 5 years of related experience
- Practical exposure to a parts department
- Experience with maintenance software, specifically Web Fleet Assist, considered an asset
- Familiarity with conducting formal inventory counts
- Valid driver's license (Class 5)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Ability to read and comprehend parts and service manuals
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with shop staff and trades
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented, culturally diverse workforce

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
