**Southeast Collegiate** is the only school of its kind in all of Canada. It serves as a campus to First Nations students during the school year - educating students in a beautiful school facility and providing housing in the adjoining lodge.

**Overview**

**Male Positions Available**

1 Scheduled FT Position
- Friday - Tuesday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

**Female Positions Available**
- Saturday - Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

NOTE: *These positions are laid off for the summer months after June 21, 2025. SEC will recall Lodge staff at the end of August 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma (required)
- At least one (1) year experience working with youth (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under stress
- Basic computer skills (MS word/Excel)
- Experience working with First Nations Youth (high school)
- Ability to speak a first nation language (Ojibwe, Cree, Oji-Cree) (asset)
- Willing to be certified in First Aid/CPR
- Must obtain Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry (recent as of 2 years)

**Starting Wage: $18.00/hour**

**Employees with treaty status under the Indian Act are exempt from federal income tax at SEC.**

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
