Security Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Scheduling & Operations Management**:
- Develop, manage, and maintain security personnel schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage.
- Prepare and manage timesheets for payroll processing.
- Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure all security staff are performing their duties according to company standards and maintain relationship with the clients.
- Coordinate with management to address any staffing needs and ensure optimal performance.
**Recruitment, Training & Onboarding**:
- Oversee the recruitment process for security personnel, from job postings to interviewing and hiring according to client’s need.
- Conduct training sessions for new security staff and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with security regulations and company procedures as per the project requirements.
- Onboard new security guards, ensuring all required documentation and certifications are completed.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-site and off-site training for staff, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulations.
**Compliance & Licensing**:
- Ensure that all security personnel hold valid security licenses and meet the necessary qualifications.
- Maintain detailed records of staff certifications, licensing, and training completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
**Inventory & Equipment Management**:
- Oversee inventory management of security equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and stocked.
- Conduct regular audits of security equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Payroll) to ensure timely reporting of inventory and equipment needs.
**Client & Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams to address security-related concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with client communication and resolve any security-related issues that may arise.
- Support the security team with problem-solving and conflict resolution in daily operations.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Valid Security Guard License and relevant experience.
- Must have valid G2/G Driver’s License.
- Proven experience in security operations, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work weekends and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle conflict effectively.
- Familiarity with security protocols, compliance regulations, and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payroll and auditing processes is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
