**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while managing transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services to customers.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
- Organizational skills are important for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer backgrounds.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
