**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and power tools effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Handle heavy lifting as required for moving furniture, equipment, or supplies during cleaning processes.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries or requests from facility occupants in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

**Skills**
- At least 3 years experience in cleaning of high rise building
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in facilities maintenance is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
