As a **Merchandise Associate**, you will be responsible for exercising control over the flow of merchandise. Your key focus is to support the shopping experience through processing and organizing merchandise upon delivery.

**Day In The Life**
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
- Ensure that the transfer, receipt and dispatch of goods are done according to company procedures
- Assist the team in performing tasks related to visual presentation
- Execute visual set‐ups/changes, visual presentation standards and housekeeping duties as
directed
- Display knowledge of fashion, visual presentation, merchandise flow and sell through
- Direct customer service matters to management and provides feedback

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move, lift and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store in safe manners
- Availability includes evenings and weekends

Previous merchandise, sales or customer service experience is an asset
