**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**: Examine current and historical financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive reports that summarize financial performance, providing actionable insights to management.
- **Forecasting and Budgeting**: Develop financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability, aiding in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on current market trends to inform investment decisions and business strategies.
- **Data Integrity**: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by overseeing data flows into the general ledger and maintaining precise records.
- **Oversee and organize client contract records** to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- **Payroll backup**: Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages, taxes, and benefits.
- **Manage and process invoices**, ensuring accuracy and timely payments while reflecting current exchange rates.
- **Facilitate audit teams** by organizing contracts, invoices, and submission letters.
- **Support the Accounts Payable team** with invoice data entry and vendor payment processing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is typically required.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with data modeling and statistical analysis.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions based on analytical findings.
- **Adaptability**: Capacity to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
