We manage every step within the art development and supply chain process - from art consulting, publishing, and manufacturing. We work directly with artists, owning the rights to tens of thousands of images, while offering a high degree of innovation and customization. We manufacture in-house, which allows us to offer accessible prices, shorter lead times and uncompromised quality. A state-of-the-art print department offers extensive printing options on traditional papers, alternative substrates, and vinyl wall covering.

**We welcome an Art Development Administrator to join our team**

Responsible for maintaining image loading to our Configurator (C8) Program, and conducting image research, management of art files, and other team support tasks.

**Image Management**
- Review and prepare images created by the Art Team, ensuring high & low resolution images are accessible by internal teams
- Create thumbnail jpegs of images and uploads to C8
- Code all projects for accurate retrieval
- Coordinate mock-up and approval process between Print, Design and Sales
- Maintain 2D resources by geographical region and generic theme
- Build and maintain repository of recycled images

**Research**
- Conduct image research as assigned for usage by the Design Team or for Clients
- Create preliminary art packages
- Research historical imagery using local archives, historical societies, and libraries
- Supports art direction of projects and is a resource for the Creative Team
- Coordinate licensing files with outside vendors or artist
- Preserve PI's partnerships with stock imagery sites like Getty and Alamy

**Administration**
- Assist the Creative Services & Information Manager with administrative tasks

**If this is YOU, and you have...**
- Post-secondary education in library studies, archiving or administration
- Strong multi-tasking, detail and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook), basic Adobe Creative Suite and experience with database management, administration or design
