Connected Home Expert

**Frontier Technologies** is currently seeking **Connected Home Expert (Junior Technicians)** to join our team. This is a temporary project role with the potential of permanent employment. This role is expected to be based on 6month term with option to extend.
As a member of _our_ field team you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and technical expertise while connecting customers to telecommunications equipment such as Internet. Should you be successful, opportunity for advancement into a Field Technician role is possible with extended training to the Telephone and Cable installations.
**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Graduation from a recognized Electronics Program is considered an asset.
- Relevant industry installation and repair experience is considered an asset.
- Industry experience with home AV products, home computer networking products, and running communications wiring are considered an asset.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet and achieve outlined metrics.
- Ability to follow established policies & procedures with a strong attention to detail.
- Satisfactory Criminal Background check.
- **Valid provincial driver’s license coupled with a satisfactory driving abstract. This is an absolute requirement of the role.**
