**TRUCKING/LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

Parkland Courier and Logistics is the reliable and economical solution for total freight movement. We are a family-owned company known for our incredible customer service, and we are looking for a new addition to our tight-knit team.

We are looking for an outgoing administrative assistant who is able to work Monday through Friday with a little flexibility, and brings with them ambition and superior customer service skills.
- **TRUCKING & GENERAL FREIGHT EXPERIENCE IS AN ASSET**
- Main responsibilities: _
- Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally.
- General office duties.
- Major Account invoice preparation.
- Data Entry
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior management.
- Key Skills: _
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, notably **Excel.**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Requirements: _
- High School Diploma

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 3 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Trucking Industry: 2 years (preferred)
