Brandon Maintenance Services is a growing property management company that provides full-service management to our clients. One of the services that we provide is high-quality maintenance and renovations, and to do this we need qualified team members who have experience with a variety of skills. Our daily tasks can range from changing lightbulbs all the way to framing walls. We pick team members who specialize in certain areas and utilize their abilities to provide the best results when maintaining our client’s investment properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive working relationship with all clients
- Maintain good communication with other team members to ensure that jobs are completed
- Working with others as well as the ability to work independently
- Expected to complete a number of small tasks in a day when needed (depending on skills)
- This position requires the use of power tools
- Time management is needed to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Painting, drywalling, framing (depending on skills)
- Operate a motor vehicle and possibly pulling a trailer
- Detail oriented

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Class 5 driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks
- Safety oriented
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently

Framing experience and the ability to install doors is considered an asset.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8 - 430 with half hour onsite lunch break

Employee benefit package offered after 6 months of employment.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
