We are looking for new members to add to our Lawn and Landscape maintenance team.

We are a small, well established company who has been in the industry for 30 years. Located in Burnaby, all crews begin and end their day right here at the Work Shop and use company vehicles for all aspects of the job. All staff are paid over the current living wage are eligible for company health and dental coverage on completion of 3 months consistent work.

We spend our work days maintaining and renovating our clients outdoor areas providing
- Lawn maintenance (mowing, whipping, edging, fertilizing, power-raking, over-seeding, aerating, curating, etc)
- Garden maintenance (Weeding, tilling edging, raking, pruning, trimming, shearing, annual planting, transplanting, fertilizing, watering, adding soil / bark mulch as needed, etc)
- Grounds maintenance (picking up garbage, cleaning off hard surfaces, raking up debris, cleaning of some water features, reporting issues to clients, etc.)
- Renovations (renewing the clients current landscape with all of the above as well as creating new beds, bringing in new planters, installing new soil, mulch and plants to brighten and beautify the landscape).
- Winter services (snow removal and ice management)

Deemed as an essential service, we work year round in all weather conditions and offer overtime to those who are interested. We provide all necessary PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, high visibility vests and shirts, caps, etc.), all tools and equipment needed to perform all required tasks and work vehicles to carry you through your day.

All applicants are required to have:

- a valid BC drivers license
- a valid SIN
- steel capped work boots and/or steel capped rain boots
- rain gear (both waterproof jacket and pants / overalls)

We expect all applicants to have a good work ethic, be reliable, punctual and be physically capable of handling all aspects of the job (lots of walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, moving equipment and assisted heavy lifting). As we are looking for full timers, applicants must be ready and willing to work 40+ hrs a week.

Landscaping is a fabulous career which is so good for the body, mind and soul. Some days are harder than others, as in any industry, but with landscaping you get to see the results of your work immediately, which is such an uplifting and satisfying feeling.

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
