**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and handle their transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant services.
- Assist with take-out and delivery orders as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and standards.
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
- Manage multiple orders and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
